We found Mat a pleasure to do business with. He communicated well and listened to what we wanted, to ensure he produced the desired outcome within the agreed timescale. We are extremely happy with the bunk bed that he made for us, which is identical to one we already had. He worked flexibly, even managing to fix some posts and rope rails on a decked area during his visit. We would definitely use him again.
