Martin was hired to complete the following work: 1. Erect new side gate and repair garage side door 2. Paint leading around windows 3. Re-point garage brickwork 4. Repair and repaint wooden fascias and soffits to the front, rear and side of the house 5. Repair toilet seat and tap, and re-seal the bath. All work was carried out professionally and to a good standard, with Martin providing a cost effective solution were necessary. Martin was punctual and kept me informed of his costs throughout.
