During a mirror installation, the wrong fitting (not his fault) caused the mirror to fall. Accidents happen, but his response was exceptional. He took full responsibility, fitted the mirror, and completed the entire installation for free. The final result was flawless, and his professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding.
