Dean arrived at agreed time to complete the survey. He explained the repair required and quoted a fair amount for the same. Once agreed, the job was completed on agreed date in a good time. The team left the property clean once the job was completed. Later, Dean sent all the pictures, both before the repairs was done and also once the job was completed. Had a pipe leak under concrete floor. Plumber came out promptly and worked hard to find the leak- despite incorrect details from the leak detection company. Polite and helpful.
