As my fault was intermittent. The loud bang wasn’t heard during the paid visit. Ali asked me to try to record it and send it over. Which I did following his visit. He responded to say he couldn’t hear the message. I resent and have had no response. Problem still there. Not great for £80. He did comment that my boiler has been poorly fitted by previous installer Cosy Installs (who have since closed). that just scares me more.
