Mark from Arkadia Property Maintenance carried out a first class job at my house in building a new supporting wall and replacing a timber fence. He quoted a very reasonable price to carry out the work in 4 days which he did through some terrible weather on one of the days. He is a very hard and tidy worker and I would not hesitate in recommending Mark to others. It should be noted that two of my neighbours approached Mark to have work done for them also. Lewis is a very personable young man. His work was faultless and he worked hard at flooring our smaller loft area. Job was completed on the day. Only 1 drawback (which was out of his control) that the delivery of supplies came quite late in the morning. But once he started on the job he didnt stop.
