Michael and his team were fantastic from start to finish of our loft conversion. From seeing the plans, Michael gave us a clear plan of what they were going to do and gave timings for different parts of the job. He was well organised, and up front about any delays or changes to the plans. We were expecting a baby and wanted the job to be done in time for the new arrival, and everything went according to plan apart from when baby made an early appearance. Even then, Michael was accommodating to our requests for slightly slower progress to suit our needs. Michale and his team were tidy and cleaned at the end of each day, always happy to give explanations or updates, really nice bunch of guys, who didn’t mind nosey toddlers coming to see what the were up to! The work has been completed to a very high standard and we’re delighted with the job. As my fault was intermittent. The loud bang wasn’t heard during the paid visit. Ali asked me to try to record it and send it over. Which I did following his visit. He responded to say he couldn’t hear the message. I resent and have had no response. Problem still there. Not great for £80. He did comment that my boiler has been poorly fitted by previous installer Cosy Installs (who have since closed). that just scares me more. Although based in Hamilton, I am more than willing to travel to customers to meet their needs and requirements. When starting out, I worked alongside a reputable landscaping company to learn the vital skills I utilise in every job to be able to complete customers requests to a standard they are happy with. Through experience, I have learned what is the best way to secure fences and garden decks to ensure they are secure and sturdy and last a long period of time. I can also recommend to customers what style of fence or deck may suit their garden. Whilst other people may have more years experience - I am an extremely reliable worker and very consistent with the work I produce. I am always on time and will work until customers jobs are completed and they are satisfied with what has been done. I feel I am reasonable with pricing and will always talk through costs with customers before jobs are started. Happy to provide photographs of previous work done if required.
Sam and his team had to remove a large wall and install a large surrounding fence within my garden. They removed the wall and built the fence within 2 days. They were extremely hard working, efficient and made sure they cleaned up thoroughly after each part of the job. Sam turned up when he arranged, he was reasonably priced and built the fence to a very high standard so I was really happy with the job. Sam returned to build decking for me and again this was finished within the day and to a high standard again, also reasonably priced.
