Thank you Andrew and team for all your hard work on our period flat refurbishment. Complete gutting of flat, slapping, floor relay, kitchen, bathroom, windows, wiring, plumbing.... basically a rebuild! Andrew was flexible and helpful throughout the building process and has returned to iron out any niggles post build. Love the flat now. Would definitely use ABC Construction again.

He did what he said he would do, and communications were OK. Drawings were fine and relatively quick. It's hard to tell what caused months of delays in achieving approval from the Council - it was to be fair a tricky garage extension conversion to utility room, and I think the council we're being pernickity, but all the same I was frustrated with the time taken to get to approval.

LFD handled all negotiations with the Planning and Building Warrant departments of the Local Authority and this meant the plans were completed and approved on time and on budget. Tom will continue to work with us as the building work progresses and provides a great sounding board for ideas and for solutions to problems. We would recommend LFD design without hesitation.
