  Craig and his team were professional, helpful, friendly and got the job done as planned. I pretty much had no project management issues to worry about as they took control of it all and dealt with what came along. We were kept up to speed with progress regularly, able to contribute or defer as required and they were extremely helpful when some locals tried to take advantage of an empty property. I would very happily recommend them and will be doing so to the new owner of the property who is planning their own, further extensions.

  What a find! CRA Construction have recently created a kitchen, dining and family room. The work involved was varied including moving windows and existing plumbing, knocking down a wall, installing a RSJ, levelling floors, installing new electrics and finishing with a large fully fitted kitchen and work tops. From the outset Craig was approachable, friendly and honest and more importantly, he was always contactable and kept to his timetable of work. His advice was always for the best of the project and no addition or amendment was too much trouble. I received a detailed initial quote which was broken down for each stage of the project. Several amendments were made by me during the build and the impact and price was always fully explained and cost understood prior to agreement. The finished work is of an extremely high quality, I am well pleased. The quality of the kitchen fitting is equally outstanding. I would have no hesitation in recommending Craig and CRA Construction to anyone. You will not be disappointed and more importantly, you will be pleased with the price and quality of his work. I will invite Craig back in a few months to refurbish 2 bathrooms and do not intend searching elsewhere. Thank you My Builder for enabling me to find CRA Construction and thank you Craig.
