Semi retired now but I've been renovating homes for the past 25 years. Currently building 2 homes for myself, with sufficient experience to handle everything except gas. I've been sharing my experience and handy-manning (Home Maintenance) in Devon and Cornwall for the past 2 years and enjoy really good relationships with existing customers. I'm happy to tackle all aspects of home maintenance inside and out (including re-pointing). Genuinely no job is too small. I do any of the jobs you don't want to do yourself. Putting up a shelf, fixing a leak, repairing a roof or building an extension. I'm happy to quote for jobs, but I'm happy do most work on an 'estimate' basis which generally means you pay less. I have over 7 years experience working within the construction & agricultural field, working on various job sites, farms & residential properties. I have a good understanding of Landscaping as a whole, but I am primarily experienced in feather-edged fencing + timber & composite decking's. I do have experience laying grass, dry stone walling, pergolas & slabbing but it's not my primary focus. Having said this, I am up for any challenge & would love to try new projects as well. I'm 27 and starting out. My approach's & beliefs about what makes a great job is different to other more experienced tradesmen & women. I have my own unique way of doing things, but so far it's worked. Additionally, your expectation of how the finished result should be will never be as high as my own.
