Latest review:Fascias & Soffits-An expert showed up to check the issue, that day was raining and I mentioned there is a puddle on the bricks of the flat, asked if they are able to make it so the water doesn't gather over there. Pictures of the puddle are posted on this site before an offer was accepted. They said yes and offered two quotes, I picked the expensive one to make sure the issue is resolved completely. I payed over than a monthly salary, and the puddle is still there every time it rains. Called the site to report, they said they will send someone, they pushed a little bit of soil in front of the bricks, that makes no difference, puddle still there, I called again, they said they will charge me extra to do the job, they said someone called Kevin needs to approve and they will come back to me, it is well over a week and none has called me yet. Waste of money.

Latest review:Fascias & Soffits-I received a call from jim at Better Homes within minutes of putting my job up told him what was happening to my fascia’s and gutters ect , He came out the following day told me what I what work needed done and explained it well , and went into detail of the work needed done , from start 2 finish jim and his team done a professional job , I would definitely recommend jim and his better homes team . Can’t speak highly enough of Kieran, came out to look at my loft which I wanted turned into a living space and Kieran had a quote with a full breakdown over to me in 2 days. Work carried out exactly as he said it would be and to a high standard. Started the job when he said he would and completed it a couple of days early. House was always left tidy at the end of the day and even done a few extra jobs for me. I would highly recommend Kieran and his number has already been passed onto friends.
