Latest review:Gas Work-Expected to pay £95 for job if straight forward and extra if not. This turned out to be a straight forward (non-emergency) and felt the quote of £260 after they looked at it was not reasonable and I said I would get a 2nd opinion. I was still charged £95 for absolutely no work. My second opinion came and completed the job and serviced my boiler for £80 total. I was promised a £30 refund as I was not happy and felt that the £95 charge was totally unreasonable. It never appeared - I feel a bit scammed. I know it’s only my experience- but I would not recommend.
After checking Franks reviews I decided to hire him to lay vinyl downstairs in 4 rooms. I am not happy at all. After 2 days the vinyl started moving around in all the rooms as it wasn’t sprayed down properly. Contacted frank who said he would be out to fix it and still hasn’t turned up and is ignoring my messages. Would recommend everyone to check if their vinyl is stuck down properly before paying anyone
