Of the 3 quotations we obtained (all very close in price) we selected them based on the fact they seemed the most thorough when understanding our requirements. During the 3 weeks work they kept us informed of progress, asked the questions they needed to in time to make the alterations.changes. They also made suggestions of changes to enhance our plans. The ordering of materials was easy and they left receipts and change for any cash buys they made during the day. The project was knocking 2 rooms into one, stripping back to a shell, blocking the original patio doors & installing new windows and doors. Complete kitchen fit-out with electrics, ceilings, decoration and floors. Also removal of the old kitchen at the front, stripping back to shell and leaving a blank space all white ready for decoration when we decide what to do with it. Get in touchSarj and the team worked very hard on the job and, despite the many surprises due to the age of the house, they continued to fix each issue as it arose. Albert was a particular superstar- spending many hours over and above the usual working day to get things done. We dropped one star as the job finished later than we wanted due to some problems with subcontractors but the work did get done in the end. Ultimately, we are happy with the finish of the job and cannot argue with the amount we paid for the work we received- excellent value for money!! We would use the team again as they are hardworking and proud people who care about what they do. With 40 years worth of projects completed in no more than a 25 mile radius of my home, with many of my customers being multiple repeat clients over the years making some firm friends along the way! With nothing too big or small i can take care of all aspects of your project from start to finish treating it as if it was my own home.
Get in touchAndy and his team completed a full internal chimney breast removal, patching up the roof and the concrete slab. They also completed a staircase removal and structural alteration work to the first floor joists for the accomodation of a new staircase layout. We have since used Andy and his team for multiple other smaller tasks, and will no doubt continue to as this build unfolds. We're very happy with the qulity of Andy and his teams work. Communication was great. And the speed at which the work was carried out was exceptional. All jobs were completed to engineering spec and in line with our plans.
