Initially called in to assess the fascias & soffits, as we were plagued by visiting vermin chewing up the loft beams & by nesting birds, Adam & the team responded to the job post immediately & a few hours later were at the property undertaking a full examination of the roof & loft space. This soon showed how the vermin & birds were gaining access: the roof felt was rotten, as were the fascia board and soffits - a new roof was required! A&S offered a very competitive quote, secured everything before leaving, and were available to begin the work first thing next day. The full team worked very hard with long hours for the next 4 days get the roof stripped, repaired, and relaid. This is a highly professional outfit - all were extremely courteous, friendly and helpful, & when a couple of unexpected variations arose, these were dealt with very professionally & cost effectively. I cant praise A&S highly enough & can definitely recommend them to others!
