From start to finish Joe has been absolutely first class. He left no stone unturned in making sure our loft extension was exactly what he was after. Even after uncovering a couple of discrepancies from errors of our architect (Not one recommended by Joe) he made sure everything was sorted. Every tradesman Joe has instructed to work on our property has been absolutely top drawer, and I wouldn’t hesitate to ask any of them back should I need them for any other work. Joe is a top top builder who will work with you to ensure the highest standard of build and finish at a very competitive price. I would not hesitate in recommending Joe to anyone who needs any sort of building work doing.

AVOID!!! I posted my job on here and Arran messaged to advise he could assist. At first all seemed great, he came to the property to measure up, checked out plans online, but then when it came to installing our kitchen, Arran left us completely in the lurch. He knowingly allowed us to tear out our existing kitchen and then did not show up when he said he would. I tried contacting him on several occasions and he completely ghosted us. We later discovered that he lied to us about having a trade account. He told us he could get us a discount so we ordered through him and then he claimed the cashback promotions that we were entitled to. In the end, we had to instruct somebody else to complete the job.
