If you are looking for reliability, Ian Lavell is an excellent choice. He was quick to respond to my request for a quote to replace the kitchen doors, plinths and corniche - he came round to see what the job involved and sent a very reasonable quote to me shortly after. On the day, Ian arrived on time and spent two days working hard to complete the job. We are very pleased with the work which has transformed our kitchen. Thanks Ian!

Dan simply was great - we'd got 12 solid core interior doors and their fixings - the whole house, replacing the original hollow core doors. Each door needed the works - hinge rebates cutting, door adjusting, lock etc. The result is excellent and Dan did the job calmly and efficiently - and kept the place tidy and clean despite having to cut every door in the house. A job well done and on schedule.

Glyn's team made us feel comfortable and confident in their abilities, which set the tone for the entire project. I'll admit, I have a super picky eye for detail, but nothing was too much trouble for this team. They patiently listened to my concerns, addressed every question, and accommodated my every request. The work carried out by this team was of a high standard. It was clear that they took great pride in their craft. Our kitchen went from a dilapidated, outdated space that was falling apart to a modern kitchen that is a delight to cook in.

Came out to quote for making loft hatch slightly longer very professional, measured up and gave me a quote there and then I told him I had a few more quotes to do and that I would get back to him. He was really reasonable so on the Saturday I emailed him to say that he could have the job. He emailed literally straight back to say he could do it Monday at 2:00. He turned up on Monday on time. Did everything within 2 hours and tidied up after himself. Very professional. Very nice young man who I would get in again if I needed anything else doing I'm over the moon. For some reason it's making it very awkward for me to show photos

Bathroom refit, old one had removed prior to job commencing. Took approx 5weeks, was compensated £50 for delays. (Thank you). Was really pleased with finish result, apart from plastic being left on tiles, & areas of walls not fully plastered. They had offered to come back for plastering, but this was 3 weeks after the plastering. And I needed to get the bathroom finished. Think job should have been reviewed by contractor before final invoice. (As they were aware I lived 6hrs away & so only saw end result).
