Luca & Team were very pleasant to work with. They suggested that we go for a bigger extension (3.6 x 8 m), which we eventually did as we had to go for planning permission anyway. Their quotation was reasonable and consistent, and we were impressed with a recent project they did which was a similar layout extension to our plans. They went an extra step always to make the project work for us. They built the rear extension, and then we asked them to add on the finishing (flooring, painting, decorating) and to install the kitchen that we purchased from Wren Kitchens. We were satisfied with their work on our project.
