Neil recently completed a job for me, replacing radiators, taps and a pump. After having hired a lot of plumbing engineers over the years, Neil has been the best. Neil is professional, polite and hard working. He worked efficiently and neatly throughout the job and kept me updated. As the heating was off during a cold spell he put in a lot of effort to ensure he could get the system running as soon as possible. Neil is also honest - he will not fabricate work in order to increase his work. In fact, on this job he came up with an extremely practical solution for one of the tasks which saved me significantly on time costs. I cannot rate Neil highly enough. I will be using him in the future for certain.

My job was boiler replacement which required a tricky flue placement that had to comply with the gas safety and my freeholder’s regulations. Final permission required a written report to be submitted to the building surveyors. Alfie confirmed his appointment, arrived early and after only a short conversation, it wa a clear to me he was knowledgeable and up-to-date with the current gas safety regulations. He sussed the ideal solution out very quickly (where I had not had a working solution for weeks) and communicated his ideas to me and the contractor on site very clearly. That very evening he produced a report as promised and followed it up with a fair and itemised quote. The report was submitted and allowed me to progress a job that had been stalled for 5 weeks. Bravo Alfie. Very professional. A joy to work with and I highly recommend his services.
