2 story extension front and back. Luke built the shell up for our 2 story extension, was very professional and knowledge, there was a few unforeseeable issues with the build that he came across which he was able to fix very easily, workmanship was extremely neat and pretty much everybody who has seen the work has commented on how neat it has been, our plasterer who came in afterwards has he's taken a lot of care not just inside but also on the finish inside as a lot of builders only care about outside and leave other to sort the inside out but luckily not luke, he also helped out massively when let down by other trades to help catch up and get ready for 1st fix trades, we also added in a lot of extras which weren't originally discussed but the work got carried out as usual to a very high standard at a very reasonable cost. They work very fast only really being held up by weather. I would definitely recommend Lh builders for any building work you need.

recently completed our 2 storey extention, clean, professtional, always turned up, friendly, even changed few of plans for us to improve of them as we went on. very good price compared to other quotes and very good finish. so good in fact we even got them booked in for about 3 more jobs

Quoted for the job which was great. We set a date, they didn’t turn up on the day agreed, told me 2 days later that they had to finish there last job first & tried to reschedule. I went to great lengths to make sure the room was ready only to be let down, so I wasn’t going to reschedule so I cancelled the job.

Kevin came when arranged and changed out the leaking stopcock unfortunately there was a slight leak from the joint after he left, however after coming back he was able to correct the leak and all is good - sometimes these things happen so I would not fault Kevin and would recommend his services.

I really can't recommend Brimas enough following the completion of our job. The work was completed within a very reasonable timeframe considering the current difficulties with any query or issue resolved almost as soon as anything was brought up. Tony was very clear and informative throughout the whole process and advised on additional things that were not part of the original plan.
