Andrew of Kaldien was very quick to respond to my job. He went out of his way to visit our home out of working hours. He found the fault very quickly and luckily we only had to incur the call out charge which included half an hour's labour. The fault is up and running again and we couldn't be happier with his work. The works were to remove entirely all the aggressive bamboo rhizomes/roots and growth from a small, confined rear garden area ca 4m x 2m which had encroached from a neighbour, and replace with topsoil. Branden carefully scoped the work on site, and devised a safe working plan/method to reduce/eliminate risk damage could occur to the neighbour's ageing, delicate fence asset, or to the property's sensitive garden facias/walls. The works were carried out over two days on his recommendation to eliminate the risks. Branden always communicated clearly as required with myself and the owner of the property, was price very competitive and good value for money, and Branden and his co-worker worked efficiently and carefully at this awkward job. Myself and my partner had a positive experience with Justin and the team, the three directors initially came out to our house and assessed the job, we immediately had a good feeling. We subsequently received the quotation not too long after and together we made some tweaks before giving them the go-ahead. Communication was good throughout the project even with material delays and unexpected issues with the build, we also added some extra works throughout the project which was accommodated and costs discussed. The project did run over slightly but that was due to the latter. The guys were a pleasure to have on site as well as any subcontractors that were used. We are really happy with the finished project. The extension has made our space into a now useable family home, we love it!

Julian is a genuine person and a highly recommended builder.The price he quotes is the price you pay, the timescale he gives you is spot on , weather permitting.His pricing is very competitive without compromising on quality. Kevin and his team are without a doubt the best bunch of workers you will ever meet. They work around the clock to keep us on target for the build dates. Their work is perfect and they left us with a a tidy site once they were finished. If you are having any work being done then give these guys a shout.
