We instructed Masterbuild & Maintenance to undertake a loft conversion and side extension to our bungalow in the spring of 2021. Dan and his team worked tirelessly to ensure that we were happy with every stage of the build and it was never too much for any of them to make modifications to get the desired result. They were hardworking, diligent and genuinely cared about their work which shows in the quality of their workmanship and the various trades employed. Dan’s team worked well together and were on-site every day for the 6 month build. We thoroughly enjoyed working with them on the project and can honestly say that we couldn’t have imagined any other builders doing the work. We are over the moon with the end result and receive so many wonderful comments from people about the job. We would absolutely recommend Dan and his team to undertake any building project and cannot commend their work highly enough.

Chose Steve from S&K to revamp and modernise our tired conservatory enabling us to make the area a useable living space. From the outset Steve got what we wanted and made some suggestions to both enhance what we were looking for and also advising of ways to reduce the cost. Steve and the guys he uses were, polite, punctual, courteous at all times and always tidied up after themselves. As with all jobs, there were a few obstacles we had to encounter during the project, but Steve kept us updated, gave us options and help us navigate through the challenges. We now have a nice area added to our house which exceeds our expectations, will definitely be using Steve again if the need arises.
