had a very disappointing experience with this builder. After paying approximately 95% of the agreed cost, the work was left incomplete, including key areas such as the media wall, kitchen, and bathroom. Despite the job not being finished, he repeatedly insisted on receiving full payment. Communication became extremely poor, he often failed to answer my calls or respond to messages, making it very difficult to get any clarity on progress or next steps. He was also resistant to feedback. When I raised concerns or asked for corrections to work that was already done, it was not well received. Partway through the project, progress slowed significantly. Delays were attributed to personal reasons which had not been mentioned at the outset. It also appeared that other jobs were being prioritised over mine, leaving my project unfinished. To make matters worse, he failed to return my house key and did not provide the electrical certificate from the electrician he had introduced.

I have monocouche rendering and there was no damage to this at despite the fact that was done after the original windows were installed. Dust clothes were used throughout and the interior was cleaned at the end of each day. I would highly recommend them

Dave was always patient and positive when responding to questions and ideas. Once the project was defined - new windows and roof with interior & exterior cladding to the walls - the work was soon scheduled and started. Mark is a superb installer, with good knowledge, skill and work ethic. The problems encountered were soon overcome. I am very pleased with the renovated conservatory.

Absolutely wonderful service. They kept in touch during the week, arrived on time to dis assemble the conservatory, were quick, methodical and left the site tidy. They arrived on time, giving me updates on their progress throughout. I was really really pleased with the work they had done, they sorted all the pieces out and laid them all out for me, putting under cover anything that the rain might spoil. It was all put away in sections and they couldn't have been nicer. Such a relief as the conservatory was miles away and I had purchased it through E Bay. I can thoroughly 100% recommend them. They really knew what they were doing and worked extremely hard throughout.
