I hired Mr Simon Javens of JavensDesign and found him to be very professional and able to turn around a difficult planning application accurately and quickly complete with fully CAD design specifications. He is willing to go the extra mile to liaise with third party agencies, be it the Council or previous structural surveyor(s) and architect(s). A very pleasant chap indeed. Agim completed a ground floor extension for me in 2025 and I would not hesitate to recommend him for similar work. The quality of the work was excellent and the team worked tirelessly for months to ensure it was completed on time and for a reasonable price. Agim was able to adapt quickly when any unforeseen problems occurred, always clearly communicating possible solutions to help keep the project moving. Having people in your home can be difficult but Agim is very respectful and considerate, making sure to put our needs first. The results are fantastic and Agim continues to help snag any minor issues that come up. I couldn’t be happier with how things went, testament to his professionalism. Norbert and his team have transformed our house to the most amazing standard, we would recommend them to all our friends and family. The work schedule was managed so well, with minimal disruption to us with two young boys. We had a loft conversion, main bathroom renovation, utility room, downstairs toilet and a 4 meter kitchen extension. We stayed in the house whilst the work was being completed and Norbert and his team fitted in so well, it actually feels weird not seeing them in the house. They are such a lovely bunch of people. We are over the moon… on time, on budget and finished to a high standard. If we ever undertake renovation work again, Norbert and his team would be our 1st call!
