Alan was really professional during the design and organisation phases. Very easy to be in touch with and provided clear written up quotes. The workmen were equally professional, showed up on time, delivered what was asked to a good standard. They were happy to explain what was going on and generally really friendly. Only negative would be the pretty long wait time to get the job done after the quote was written, but I understand that good people will have big demand.

After my 4 year apprenticeship i stayed with john dennis for a further 5 years, within this 9 years at john dennis i done the lot from new builds, renovation and extensions. Done work from private to council work 1st fix, 2nd fix. After 9 years went onto the new build, doing everything from kits, roughing out the houses and doing the 2nd fix. I have recently started up my own company and cover every aspect a joinery.

Craig was fantastic and professional. He completed the job both very quickly and to a very high standard. He took a terrible sketch that I made on a piece of paper and turned it into a fantastic fitted bookcase in a very awkward space with sloped ceilings. I would highly recommend.

Needed some bespoke pieces of living room furniture/cabinets made. Its fair to say we are very, very happy with the end result. We had a overlying idea of what we wanted but Jim's professionalism was able to apply the little bits/advice to the designs that made the difference. The workmanship and attention to detail you cannot fault, the efforts to source the right materials and finishing ensured the final work looked great. Jim was always around or on the phone when we needed to speak to him, and when the team arrived to fit all were very knowledgeable, respectful and wanted to ensure a good job was completed. Inviting somebody new to make some major changes into your home is a big step, but I have a big belief that when I employ somebody it is through trust and ability, and I am glad to say all our beliefs and instincts were 110% correct. I would not hesitate to ask Jim and his Finesse team to do other works for me, along with his wider network of trade contacts, they would be welcomed back with a knowledge and certainty that a cracking and professional job would be done. There are a lot of decent companies & skilled individuals in the industry, but you wouldn't do yourself any harm in contacting Finesse Joinery if you need any works doing. Highly Recommended from myself & my wife.....

I was thoroughly impressed with Craig's work from beginning to end - he met and exceeded my expectations in all aspects of what turned into a fairly complex project (overhauling and fully refurbishing an 1800s tenement flat). Craig and his guys at CJF Solutions had a strong team of high quality contractors which they used to support the specialist parts of the project, and I was very pleased with the standard and finish of work across the board (including plastering, plumbing, carpeting etc). I was particularly pleased with his eye for detail, including making some helpful recommendations such as on how to tile the bathroom (which now looks MUCH better than the wet walls I originally suggested, and has been beautifully fitted out). Furthermore, Craig is easy to communicate with and very quickly grasped my requirements, meaning I was able to step back from the day-to-day detail of the project and trust him and his team to get on with it. In fact I was only on-site once over the course of the two month job, yet was delighted with the finished product. I have no hesitations in recommending Craig to others - I already have - and hope I will work with him again in the future. Thanks team.
