Both Shaun and Scott are very professional and also very approachable, I will definitely be using them again, and I highly recommend their services. REGRET to have to add two month on roof still leeks, Two promises to return NO SHOWS does not answer phone or respond to e mails. A mans as good as his word,a roof as good as its performence. Fire damaged stonework above an electricity meter box and around a kitchen window. An awkward job but DSR were able to rise to the challenge. They turned up when they said they would so the job could interface with the window installers. They were also confident and competent enough to work in the vicinity of the meter box without the need to require disconnection which maintained our electricity supply. The quality of the finished stonework was very good and the lads were pleasant on site. All round good job and very satisfied, would easily recommend.

Also internal renovations include tiling bathroom refurbishment etc Full liability insurance on request we can can offer insurance backed guarantees at a extra cost. And hundreds of local genuine recommendations. We are probably not the cheapest but I say you only get what you pay.

While this tradesman appeared to know what he was doing, he didn't. He requires 50% upfront which should have set off alarm bells, but he said he needed that for the materials. When I pointed out issues with the job, he became aggressive cornering a lone female tenant in the bathroom demanding payment or he would rip everything out of the bathroom. I paid as I was frightened for the safety of the tenant and I was managing the job remotely. I only viewed the job in person today and the workmanship is terrible, he didnt even fix the leak coming down the back of the bath, he put so much silicone around the extractor fan (due to cutting the panelling too short), that the electrician cannot get the extractor out to fit a new one. The panels he fitted have been cut too short with the gaps stuffed with silicone, which doesn't adhere to the bath so water leaks out. Do not use him
