Great job done by Naim and his team. He expressed interest in the job as soon as I posted. If it hadn't been for some wet weather the job would have been completed much sooner in the timescale he quoted. There was one small issue some time after the job was completed. I only called Naim once and he arranged a day to come fix it. We're very pleased with the finish, we would give future work to him and also recommend him to friends & family.

Andy Slimm agreed to build our retirement house. Unfortunately, six months later our dream has turned into a nightmare. For the early part of the build he was helpful and wanted to do a good job. He promised much and we trusted him with everything. When he went over the deadline he started to cut corners and build 'off plan’ in order to save money and try and finish. Suddenly, the day after we had parted with most of the final payment; he took his men off site without warning and abandoned us. We had to carry on renting as the house was unliveable. Three months later we have had to move into our unfinished home which is deemed “unsafe“ due to the mistakes that have been made. Multiple roof leaks, damaging the interior, creating damp and mould problems. Unfinished roof, drainage. Sewage smells in the house due to an unvented toilet system.2 metre deep/2 metre wide hole at the back of the house full of water, unfenced and uncovered. Building control have asked for his structural calculations where he did not build to architect's plans. We have requested many times that he come back, rectify/finish the work and provide the structural engineer's calculations. He refuses, so no other option but to use other builders and to sue Andy for damages. Such a sad and disastrous end to our dream. We have never written a negative review before, however, we feel strongly that we need to warn others as we do not want other clients to go through the traumatic time we have.

Festim and Eddie have done a great job taking done a false ceiling and restoring my old Edwardian one. There were several complications that didn’t phase them and as I was working, Festim sent me videos to show the work being done. The job was carried out efficiently by Kwizie who was also polite, kind and honest, he spotted the issue straight away as my electric boiler stopped heating up the water. Thank you again kwizie! PS: However, The company is not one of the best, a bit pricey as he did the job only for 1 hr changing only the fuse and checked if was working properly.

I cannot recommend Rob and his 2 sons highly enough, they have done an excellent job completing the brickwork for our large outbuilding in good time and at a reasonable price. 3 genuinely nice blokes who are hard working and thorough, we wouldn't hesitate to use them again and have already referred for work elsewhere.

We hired Tom and dan from unique build to take on our extension/kitchen remodel along with a few smaller refurbishment jobs around the house. They guys priced the job from the drawings and was cheaper then the 2 local builders we was recommended by friends and also seemed to really no there stuff so we hired them for the job. There team worked really hard and kept to all dead lines and was clean and tidy. Toms team ranging from bricklayers to heat engineers and electricans was so efficient and all worked seamlessly together to get the job done on time and to budget we can’t recommend them enough and wouldn’t go to any one else for building works. It’s a shame we can’t post picture of the work the guys have done as it really does look the part well done guys.

Mason was very prompt in visiting me and immediately repaired the kitchen drawer and was also able to tackle the leaking toilet which took him a while as it was fiddly but now fixed and fee was very reasonable and I will certainly use his abilities again and highly recommend him to anyone whether seeking a large or small job.
