A great all round process. From the off Steve quoted fairly and gave good suggestions, whilst listening to what we wanted. We did delay the start date for the boys to squeeze in a friend's promised patio, but Steve offered to do an extra for me free of charge to show thanks for accommodating his work schedule. The rip out and then installation process was well thoughtout and delivered very well. Steve explained why certain aspects were the way they are, and he grew to understand my tradesmen background just needed a bit of talking to, which Steve does very well. His son Charlie has an excellent eye for detail and delivered some really lovely touches, without asking for them. An honest, hardworking, personable, and skilled group of tradesmen. I would recommend the team without question. Don't be put off by their 6ft 5 stature, they are really lovely guys that want nothing but for their clients to be happy with their work Thank you Steve, Charlie, and Sid
