We were unsure of what type of base needed. Tim advised having a concrete base. His price was very reasonable. Came a couple of days later to dismantle old shed and make the concrete base. Even took away old shed for disposal. Tim returned when new shed had arrived. Assembly time according to the instructions was 2 hours for 2 people. Tim and his wife did it perfectly in slightly less.
