Tom worked on our bungalow (a different property to the one mentioned here) for just over 3 years carrying out a complete rennovation of the property, as well as building a large single-storey extension. The property was re-designed leading to several new rooms, including a large kitchen/diner, 2 additional bedrooms, a playroom, a study and a third bathroom. Every room was completely renovated from floor to ceiling and all existing woodwork was replaced. The central heating system and electrics were also upgraded. The attention to detail was second to none and the quality of the workmanship was exceptional. The costings were transparent and Tom kept us up to date on all expenditure throughout the duration of the project. The project stayed within budget which is a credit to Tom's financial planning. We were very pleased with the end result and would strongly recommend Tom. Tom also carried out some work on a second property of ours which was done to a very high standard as well.

I was quite concerned before we started this job about the stresses of an extension with other things that were happening in my family life. Alan was a star from the beginning, he has always done what he said he would, he has set our minds at rest at each step of the process and kept us informed throughout. The costs were what he said at the beginning unless we negotiated otherwise. The boys on site were fantastic, I have two young children and they were lovely with them as well. The build went really smoothly and I can honestly say they have done a brilliant job, we are thrilled with the final build and it has made a huge difference to our lives. Absolutely fantastic all round.
