I originally booked Darran for a damp problem because of roof leak, but he quickly discovered the real issue was a badly done roof repair from a previous roofer. Instead of doing the bare minimum, he took the time to fully inspect the entire roof, identify every concern, and explain exactly what needed to be done. He fixed all the leaks, resolved the damp, and made sure the whole roof was properly sealed and secure. What truly stood out was his honesty and fairness, another roofer quoted me thousands, and one even refused to touch the job unless I replaced the entire roof. Darran’s price was incredibly reasonable, and the quality of his work far exceeded my expectations. He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and reliable, and he even handled a few last-minute requests without any hesitation. He finished on time, kept everything tidy, and showed genuine pride in his work. Darran is a true all-rounder, and I honestly cannot recommend him enough for any home repair or renovation.

They resecured the vertical timber by screwing it firmly back into position, replaced the damaged horizontal timber, and finished the area with clean, professional painting. They also gave me clear, practical advice about the triangular piece of wood, explaining that it will need attention in about two years. Promptly turned up to view the job and was really sympathetic to my concerns around damp. After investigation by Neil he assured me it was not damp just mould and that a dry air fan would prevent any sign of it returning. What a relief! So on with the plastering which is all nearly done now and dry air fan being fitted next week. Thoroughly recommend Neil he knows exactly what he's doing 👏

Our job started out as a small kitchen extension and shower/utility room but grew to also include fitting of a new kitchen, new kitchen ceiling, new double glazed windows to back of house, new garden wall approximately 50ft long and 5ft high and insulation to two internal bedroom walls. Rob and his team are extremely versatile and very approachable. I would certainly recommend them and we are hoping to have some more double glazing work done in the near future.
