Having had experience of refurbishing our entire property for the last 8 months or so, I feel I can give honest and fair feedback regarding Lloyd & xLN't with comparable workmen. First of all Lloyd is an extremely likeable, easy going but professional guy, he is always respectful, timely, clean and tidy. He was great at keeping me informed of our appointments, either via call or text which was nice. Lloyd takes out all the stress of doing a job and does it to a very high standard, he is very patient and takes all clients requirements on board. I felt happy to let Lloyd work expeditiously and was assured and confident in his work and finish (unlike so many other workmen who botched things up and caused cost, hassle and wasted time) The only thing I'm angry about is that I didn't know of Lloyd and couldn't hire him sooner as most definitely he would have alleviated a lot of stress. I don't trust many people let alone some workmen, I could have easily left out valuables and would have happily left Lloyd alone in the house. Pros *reliable *honest *timely *fairly priced for standard of work *hard working *clean and tidy *overall nice guy Cons He's busy and has to be booked in Thank you Lloyd for all your hard work!
