Dani and the team are friendly, professional and patient. They do the works to the best standard. I had a number of jobs as I renovated my entire house. I initially hired them to extend my kitchen. As I was happy with the job. Then, I hired them to renovate the bathroom, do the plastering, tiling the kitchen, etc. Dani is experienced in many building aspects. I did some jobs by myself, Dani shared his experience with me and also provided advice. I would highly recommend Rimini Construction. For any future works, Dani is the first person that I am going to get in touch with.

Late review. Ste and the fellas built a wrap-around single storey extension for us in 2021. I can't recommend him highly enough. It wasn't the easiest build due to poor drawings we had from the architect, but Ste went above and beyond to make sure we had the extension that we wanted. Ste and the lads were positive, friendly and always had solutions to any challenges that came up. They also stuck to the original quote as much as possible, despite rising costs of materials at the time (2021). My wife and I worked from home for the entire build (about 4 months start to end), which wasn't ideal, but Ste and lads helped to make it work for us. 3 years on and we're well and truly settled and loving the extension. We're not sure that we'd ever want to go through a similar build again (at least not while living and working from home full time), but if we did then we would want Ste to do the job. 5 stars.

I'm leaving a neutral review to be fair to AP Construction as the job is satisfactory. Unfortunately, my new flat roof extension has developed a leak and try as I might, I can't get hold of Adam. His phone number always goes straight to voicemail and he isn't responding to email either. I've been in touch with Mybuilder customer services and they have had the same problem not being able to get through to him and have advised me to go through trading standards to try and resolve the issue. I hired Adam based on the reviews on the site, unfortunately, before the NEGATIVE review was posted. He is a very nice man, polite, friendly and helpful. If he had just contacted me and sorted the leaking roof out, then this review could have been a positive one. Now I have to go through trading standards to resolve an issue that could be dealt with quiet easily for a builder of good standards which, as it turns out, Adam Pemberton is not!

ELV to HV work undertaken. Why not give your tired electrical points a hollywood makeover, often there is no need to have a complete rewire, as long as its safe.
