We have just completed a kitchen knock-through and renovation. Greenfox did all the structural work, first-fix, re-plastering and laid new boards throughout the ground floor. Greenfox worked with us to outline and ballpark the job, before getting structural drawings done for the planned works. We then went through a couple of iterations of plans and quotations to find a solution that fitted our budget. The work was finished to a high standard. Although there's always issues with sequencing and back-and-forth on details with these larger jobs (we did a loft conversion several years back, so this isn't our first rodeo), at the end of the day, the results of the work were the best we've had for any construction job. Squeaked in at about the budget we had, and the work was quality. So on the whole very pleased, and would recommend to others.

Lovely lads, turned up on time and the quality of woodwork was decent. Unfortunately they fitted all the handles incorrectly and didn't fit the grub screws which they took with them and now all my handles keep falling off and i'm struggling to find replacement replacement grub screws as they are a unique shape and Lusso have suggested i repurchase all the handles (which come with grub screws). Tried calling Ben and left messages but had no response in over a week. Not great really.

Billy did a fantastic job on the renovation of our house. Both myself and my husband were completely inexperienced in renovations, but Billy always made us feel well informed and I immediately felt like we could trust both him and the rest of his team, which is an incredibly important thing when you have people in your house all day for months. The end result of the house looked fantastic, would definitely invite Billy back when we need more work doing. He wasn't just good at the building work, but also gave us some really good advice and helped us communicate with other professionals on the build, such as the structural engineer.
