David has completed a couple of jobs for me now, most recently he has carried out some floor tiling on a job I have as main builder. The tiling was done to a lovely standard, very neat and tidy and he cleaned up very well at the end of each day, leaving the property nice and clean. He is a nice chap to do business with, very personable and easy to talk to and communicate with. I have also found him easy to get hold of which isn't the case with others I have used. David is very reliable, he was there at 8am prompt and worked hard. I will continue to use him because I like what he does.

Despite bad weather the work went very well. The brickwork was of a high standard and Craig was very reliable. He was contracted to do the walls to roof level but helped with recommending other trades and supplying valuable advice about other aspects of the work and sourcing materials. Addition work was a knock through to an existing wall and installation of cavity lead flashing and trays for the roof tie in I would have no hesitation in recommending Craig and would use him for any other work that I would require in the future

Steve undertook the conversion of a 50 x 20 foot stable block annexe on my Grade 2 listed former coach house to create an enlarged domestic dwelling. The old roof was removed back to below the wall plate, a new roof was cut to alignment and slate finished. Inside the walls were re-aligned, ceiling installed and insulated with with Celotex before dry-lining. Steve not only undertook this work but coordinated the other trades and liaised with Building Control and conservation to ensure full compliance throughout. Being in the construction industry I can safely say that Steve's work across an number of core trades is of a very high standard. Also he impressed the Building Control and Conservation Officer with his knowledge and compliance. The work was completed within budget, ahead of programme and to a high standard. Steve's strengths are founded on his all round knowledge of construction, both practical and theoretical, which when combined with his positive attitude is a great asset in this field. Possibly the closest I've seen to a "one stop shop" for domestic building.

I originally booked Darran for a damp problem because of roof leak, but he quickly discovered the real issue was a badly done roof repair from a previous roofer. Instead of doing the bare minimum, he took the time to fully inspect the entire roof, identify every concern, and explain exactly what needed to be done. He fixed all the leaks, resolved the damp, and made sure the whole roof was properly sealed and secure. What truly stood out was his honesty and fairness, another roofer quoted me thousands, and one even refused to touch the job unless I replaced the entire roof. Darran’s price was incredibly reasonable, and the quality of his work far exceeded my expectations. He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and reliable, and he even handled a few last-minute requests without any hesitation. He finished on time, kept everything tidy, and showed genuine pride in his work. Darran is a true all-rounder, and I honestly cannot recommend him enough for any home repair or renovation.
