Post completion of the job, there has been an issue with the concrete in that it has crumbled and broken up. Despite multiple emails and the promise this will be rectified it hasn’t been and my last few emails have been ignored. The warranty for the work is clearly worthless which is a concern to me should there be issues with the drainage in the future. If the company would like to get in touch and rectify the issue I’ll amend my feedback.

A very personable guy, easy to talk to, generous with advice and ideas, nothing too much trouble. Friendly, honest and reliable, very high quality work, we are delighted with the result and wouldn't hesitate to use Lynnrose again, or to recommend Mick and Adam to friends. He introduced each member of his team to us so we knew who was working on site, and was happy to show us how to do some tasks so we could trim costs a little. Keeps his language clean, which was important to me as my young children were keen to watch what he was doing! And he has dealt quickly with the couple of small snagging issues which have arisen since the finish of the build, definitely no disappearing act here :)

I've been in the building trade all my career, jobs from small brick repairs, to patios, extensions and new build houses and renovations, I take great pride in my work and always make sure the job is done correctly. I'm willing to travel up to 1 hour from where I'm based near retford. Over the years I've become multi skilled due to doing houses for myself and preferring to do all the work myself to make sure it's done to the high finish I'm happy with. I always work to a very high standard, and very reliable.

Had Steve to lay a floor in November 2024 he did a fantastic job l was that pleased l asked him to come back and tile my bathroom. In January 2025 he came to do the bathroom tile , put a shower in and a shower screen. He came on the Saturday and did the tiles came back on the Sunday took the spaces out and all the tiles fell off . I asked him to tidey up and come back the next day this was because he stunk of Alcohol. He agreed to do that but didn’t come back as planed . He came back to finish the job on Thursday he did do a good job of the tiles after preparing the wall so the tiles wouldn’t fall of again but made a terrible job of the silicone and the bath got damaged when the tiles fell off into it . Has a result of the damage done to the bath it had to be replaced and all the silicone removed and redone properly at a cost of £800 . Would l use him again definitely NOT l have messaged him about the cost of having to have the work done but doesn’t reply 😡
