Our works starts with the assistance of making all the necessary paperwork for the client, ground works, internal refurb, heavy and light structural alterations, in a few words all trades in our hand for internal and full external works this including scaffolding.

The WORST experience I have ever had with a tradesman. I would strongly advise others to stay clear. There was no schedule of works at any stage. Adrian failed to plan, failed to communicate agreed works, & did not even tell his own workforce what they were meant to be doing. There was no evidence of professional oversight or management, resulting in chaos & extreme delays. I was repeatedly misled. He stated that Building Control had been contacted & paid for; but when I contacted them directly they confirmed no application or payment had been made. He damaged my property & instructions were ignored. He was rude, aggressive & shouted at me in my own home, which I found intimidating as a woman. Neighbours also complained about his behaviour. Despite multiple extensions, the job was left unfinished with little communication. He caused significant stress & a serious loss of time & money. The matter is now being resolved through the courts. I would NOT recommend him under any circumstances

Every customer has always come back as they loved the service and the outcome of the job. All staff are very polite and friendly, everyone collaborates with other team members. New roofs can be installed on residential and commercial buildings, following industry standards safety guidelines. If you are not sure about needing a new roof we can inspect roofs for leaks, cracks or other damage to perform necessary repairs. Our equipment is up to date with new roofing materials and best practices. Physical fitness is a key towards this job and this is a key skill all our staff have they are all very strong, heavy items can be lifted. My knowledge on this job is key and accurate as I have been roofing for 23 years. I have a familiarity with different roofing materials, also experience with this job. I have excellent communication skills as I am always collaborating with staff or clients about work.

Overall me and my husband are very satisfied with the workmanship and with the final result of our my fake cladded garage door with the new aluminium framed window. The original garage was converted into a habitable room 7 years ago with only a rooflight to bring light into the room, which is now my husband's office and this new window will make a lot of difference therefore we are very happy with the finished work. The work was done very quickly, the builders turned up on time and they were very efficient and helpful, they took particular care when installing the composite slatted panels to the marine plywood. The main contractor Pawel Speiwak also came on site to inspect the works during construction. The quote was also very competetive, a good value for money. I would definetely use them again for any future work in my house and recommend them to other people.

The project lasted from July 2023 to Feb 2024 and comprised of: 1. Single story rear extension with new kitchen and underfloor heating 2. 75m2 patio 3. Internal reconfiguration including removal / installation of walls, new flooring, plumbing (including new boiler), new door frames, doors and skirting, redecoration, carpentry for cupboards 4. Ventilation of existing roof The team are both friendly and professional with Alin always on hand to manage any questions / situations as they arise. The work is clearly costed and every two weeks a valuation takes place to ensure transparency of work undertaken both in original scope and any extras. The quality of the build was excellent, something the building inspector commented on. Alin was recommended to me based on past work, and I in turn would highly recommend him.
