Rob and his team were great! Without hesitation he gave us 3 references of extensions he had built locally to us all with glowing appraisals before we confirmed we were happy for him to start. He explained everything very well and was always reassuring. His timing keeping on our project even with small problems were spot on and actually finished 2/3 days before the agreed finished date. Rob and his team also supported us when we had issues with suppliers (which we sourced). Rob and his team were always polite, friendly and willing to chat over the phone at pretty much anytime. He have a dog and he was always very considerate of him during the build. I would highly recommend Belmax team and their 5 star work/service.

Ash was fantastic, turned up on time, completed the job perfectly as to what I wanted. Initially we planned for 2 days however due to lack of electricity in the apartment they couldn't finish on time, they came back in on Saturday to finish the job. They also completed some other small plaster tasks for me without question. I've already hired Ash for another job and would fully recommend. Edit on 23 May - Ash has done further other works for me including a bathroom reno and painting of all interior walls, he has gone above and beyond expectations the flat is now looking fantastic, he has always turned up on time and followed through on what he said he will do, where timescales got difficult with other trades Ash stepped up and came in on a couple of weekends to ensure the project ran smoothly. Further to this he has also offered me advice on how to do the DIY bits I have done myself and saved me some rookie errors. A+ grade contractor, worth a call and a quote.

Really happy with the outcome of the double storey extension and the work Daniel completed. Of course like any major project, issues and niggles cropped up, but very happy with the way things were always resolved. Timeline was stretched but is very often the case with building work. I thought Dan communicated really well with me without me chasing him and would always reply almost immediately when I reached out to him. My only criticism if there was one would be that the tradesmen he used didn't always keep site particularly tidy, however this was rectified when asked. I would certainly use Dan again and have happily recommended him to friends, and his costings were very reasonable and were kept to exactly. I would be happy show anyone around to see his work.
