Get in touchWOW!!! I cannot recommend Gary and his team enough! From start to finish they took complete control of my single storey rear extension completing it in only 6 weeks. Gary went above and beyond to ensure that the finish was to the highest standard and his experience in the building industry was unquestionable. When it came to building control and building regs he knew exactly what he was doing and helped each step of the way. I told Gm build that I would take care of the materials which they were fine with (unlike some builders) and they made sure they gave me enough time to get everything ordered and that I wasn’t getting ripped off. Firstly we have over 10 years experience in wet underfloor heating systems and travel the country doing this work. We can complete every aspect of this job from start to finish including taking up flooring/ breaking concrete, laying the pipe work and connecting and testing the system. We are then able to repour concrete and/or fit the desired flooring. Secondly we specialise in External Insulation for properties and have a large portfolio of recent work completed. We are able to offer an extensive guarantee for the products used in this job. However, this is not all we do and have a wide portfolio of work including extension building, building garages and outhouses, roofing, kitchen fitting, groundwork, bricklaying, soffits and guttering, landscaping and small jobs like fitting flooring, plumbing, painting and decorating. Get in touchWhat was supposed to be only a concrete excavation job turned out to be a full UFH installation with insulation and screed on top. It was a big job but the team has managed very well. Good communication, flexible attitude and excellent work. He had everything planned out and was so organised that I immediately felt reassured. All Tom’s builders were extremely hard working but also friendly and kept any disruption to a minimum. Tom was excellent with his response to any queries with immediate reply and solution. We now have two amazing new rooms which will make a big difference to our family.
