We hired Clewer construction to turn our very old separate toilet and bathroom into one, modern, family bathroom including moving the door to a different place. Our house is old and the pipework was a mess but the plumbers were brilliant and sorted it all. The plastering was perfect, all new electrical stuff was re-done and the install of the bathroom was smooth. They arrived on-time on the start day and the work was done quicker than we'd expected. Aaron and all the guys working with him were lovely despite our dog trying to help out whenever he escaped the kitchen! And once the job was complete the skip was taken within a couple of days (which if you've hired builders before, might know does not always happen :) We're really pleased with the end result, and can definitely recommend this company.

We had a 2 storey extension and lots of internal work (fitting new kitchen, new bathroom, fencing, hanging doors, new light fittings ect). Micks team did an excellent job with all of it. The team are very friendly and conscientious and the standard of work was excellent. We ended up adding lots of extra work onto the quote and Mick was very patient and flexible with our changes. All these additional pieces of work were reasonably priced, they even just did some of these jobs for free which was very kind. Communication was good and when we spotted a few minor things missed they came back and did them quickly. We would defiantly recommend Green builders for internal and external building work.

A great job done. Scaffolding sorted. Replaced window lintels, rebuild gables and repointed the front of the house. Cleanup and hose down to finish, we are so pleased with the new look house front and more importantly look forward to no more damp issues. I had a single storey kitchen extension built by Jimmy and his team. As well as the construction of the building, the work involved building a new patio, laying new turf, replacing fences and building a side gate. Jimmy's team fitted a new kitchen, laid new flooring and did all the gas and electrical work necessary. The standard of all work was excellent. Everybody involved in the build was extremely hard-working and professional at all times. Communication was excellent - phone calls were either answered or returned promptly and any queries via email or text message were also responded to promptly. All members of the team were reliable and tasks were invariably completed to time. I was kept informed at all times regarding costing of any additional jobs I needed and the original build cost was adhered to.

We bought a run down flat in Brighton that needed a full refurbishment and some structural work. With a large garden, the guys at twelve designed and built a beautiful garden office for us too which has been such a brilliant space. We were worried costs would spiral out of control, but they gave us a fixed price contract and it really didn’t budge. Couldn’t be happier with them and Sam’s communication during the build really helped us keep on top of things even though we were not living in the area during the refurb. Great experience, and so chuffed with the outcome.
