Chris came over and seemed very professional, however, since then I know he's not. Chris quoted us a 4 weeks estimate for the works, however took 10 weeks all in all. Chris said he would have someone on site to work every day and that he wasn't doing others jobs, however days went by with no works carried out and he was really hard to reach at times. Since the jobs been completed he is now holding me ransom for extra pay for works he claims I haven't paid for which I have (and some of this work were repair jobs to damages him and his men caused). I have had 2 plumbers out since to fix leaks and both have called him a cow boy. He hasn't returned my house keys and wont give me my gas certificate (and also tried holding back the electrical certificates at one point - which I went behind his back to get). It was cash-in-had so no tax for him to pay. He is also now threatening me with legal action. The guy is a JOKE. DO NOT USE!

Harry arrived promptly and was friendly and professional. He worked very hard to clear my gutters, which were very blocked up and I was impressed by how quickly and efficiently he completed the job. My gutters are now lovely and clean and I will definitely use Harry again.
