Tom worked on our bungalow (a different property to the one mentioned here) for just over 3 years carrying out a complete rennovation of the property, as well as building a large single-storey extension. The property was re-designed leading to several new rooms, including a large kitchen/diner, 2 additional bedrooms, a playroom, a study and a third bathroom. Every room was completely renovated from floor to ceiling and all existing woodwork was replaced. The central heating system and electrics were also upgraded. The attention to detail was second to none and the quality of the workmanship was exceptional. The costings were transparent and Tom kept us up to date on all expenditure throughout the duration of the project. The project stayed within budget which is a credit to Tom's financial planning. We were very pleased with the end result and would strongly recommend Tom. Tom also carried out some work on a second property of ours which was done to a very high standard as well.

Tim was very professional. I wanted a porch within the regs allowing no planning permission. He required payment in 3 parts allowing me to check his work and him to buy the supplies he needed. He explained his ideas clearly and this is what he built. I was so pleased with the result that he built a porch at our other house, again doing a fantastic job within the spec we gave him.
