Due to always having to pay in advance, I had Chris and Kyle at my house for 2 months. Their quality of work is poor. I found them lazy and disrespectful of my property and of me. Their belief in their ability to do a good job in all aspects of construction is exactly that. Kyle is okay at carpentry, and Chris at groundworks. However, they should not be taking on, for example, plumbing jobs, as they have caused so much damage to my property, as a result of their 'plumbing', that I have had to employ several different contractors to put their work right. I had no option but to sack them part way through replumbing my bathroom when I realised that they had little clue what to do, despite assuring me that they were competent in this area. Although they seem amicable guys, I have been left with doors that don't shut, a damaged kitchen, and skirting that is not fitted properly. A bathroom leaking in 6 places, 2 damaged radiators and another not refitted. Avoid...save yourself the grief!

Ken contacted very promptly and arrived when he said he would. He assessed the job and pointed out that a new trapdoor may be needed and phoned shortly after to arrange the date the work would be done. As promised the two man team arrived promptly and got on with the task whilst keeping us informed of any small modifications needed. They worked non stop until the job was done. They were both courteous and efficient and I have no hesitation in recommending Ken and his team to anyone, indeed I intend to contact Ken again to ask about another job.

Adam was an absolute hero. We were in a really tricky situation with our original kitchen fitter off with Covid and we just needed the work to be finished quickly. Adam came and quoted one day, then came when he said he would the next to do the work. He was friendly, easy to talk to, very clear and straightforward with us. He spent the morning doing the job then cleaned thoroughly before he left. The worktops look brilliant and we’re really happy with the service and quality. Would HIGHLY recommend. Thanks Adam!

First class service from Steve who clearly had the knowledge and experience to fix the wooden doors and windows I was having problems with. He was quick to respond and complete the work. I only posted the job a few days ago, Stuart responded within a couple of hours, and the next morning he was over to assess the job and gave me a quote. He quoted considerably less than others, and has already been and completed the job to a high standard. He hung two new doors, cleaned up after himself and was gone in about 3/4 hours. Lovely polite guy, will absolutely be using in the future!
