We are really pleased with everything Jamie and his team have done. Throughout the process all of the team were polite and communicated every stage of the build. Jamie made some suggestions on what would work well with our new project and we are so glad we went with him suggestions (they look great). When Jamie came to quote for the job, it came back quickly and had a break down of everything. We were able to see how much every stage of the project was going to cost and we could add or do some work ourselves. All the team were very knowledgeable and there was no pressure to go for a certain brand or kitchen, which we did have from other builders. Overall we would highly recommend Jamie and his team.

Andrew of Kaldien was very quick to respond to my job. He went out of his way to visit our home out of working hours. He found the fault very quickly and luckily we only had to incur the call out charge which included half an hour's labour. The fault is up and running again and we couldn't be happier with his work. Further to approval of a very comprehensive and competitive quote, we engaged with 3B Homes Building Co. to carry out the refurbishment of our office and residential premises. This involved external and internal general building works, plastering, carpentry, electrics, plumbing and decorating. Throughout the process George Barber organised and coordinated the work, his team were very professional, their work was to a very high standard and they kept to the 6 week schedule they had set out at the beginning of the project. We highly recommend David. The work to replace our garage door, with window and wall, has exceeded our expectations, looks as if it has always been there! The care he took to match the bricks and get the right style window to match the rest of the bungalow was excellent, even to the painiting of the walls to match the original interior. He consulted us every step of the way and advised us the best possible way to acheive the best outcome. Always arrived when he said he was coming and kept us informed every day of what would be done the next day. If we have any other projects in the future , we will definately ask David first.

Lee and Wes built an orangery at the rear of my house on Ashford Road. I have nothing but praise for the outstanding job they did, and the excellent build quality completed. Wes's brickwork was even noted as of exceptional quality by a family member who is a quantity surveyor for a large multinational company. They updated me continually throughout the build and always remained extremely professional and easy to deal with. Without a doubt I will use their services again and have already recommended them to a number of friends and family. Every aspect of the build was completed to the highest of standards. Lee estimated a build time of four weeks which was marginal delayed due to adverse weather conditions. Despite this he and Wes worked throughout the weekend to get the project back on track, despite me not even raising it as an issue. All subcontractors used were extremely professional and pleasant to deal with. My girl friend works from home and commented how considerate they were throughout the build, whilst she was working. Despite me ordering a set of doors, that unbeknown to be came dismantled, Wes immediately assisted and orchastrated there fitting. I will happily allow anyone who wishes to use the services of Wes and Lee to visit my address and see the quality of their work. Marcus
