Andy and his team did absolutely amazing job converting my old broken conservatory into a spacious house extension which immediately becomes the most loved place in the entire house! I embarked on a major renovation work being short in money and highly appreciated Andy's patience and ability to accommodate to my challenging requirements. The work has been delivered in a very short timeframe and with an excellent quality. I cannot recommend A&M enough! What can I say about Zoltan, he kept me informed all the way, a privilege to have him working for me, Zoltan and his partner did amazing job on my Decking, I am really pleased with it, worked a full 10/12 hour aday, I can't praise them enough, highly recommend, I know where I will go in the future for any other building jobs, took all the rubbish away, as far as I'm concerned it's a 5 star rating, very polite, nothing to much trouble and very easy to get along with.

We had a really positive experience with Joe and the team at Design Build Manage and would highly recommend them. From the outset, the quotation was excellent — very clear, detailed and easy to understand, with a full breakdown of the works and a sensible staged payment schedule. This gave us a lot of confidence going into what was a fairly substantial project. Joe was very hands-on throughout and was on site most days. Communication was always clear and responsive, and we always felt we knew what was happening and what the next stage of the project would be. The whole team were incredibly friendly and considerate, particularly as we were living at the property throughout the works with young children and a dog. They were always respectful of our home, tidy and genuinely pleasant to have around. The project did run a few weeks beyond the original schedule, but this was largely due to unforeseen circumstances that arose during the build, and we were kept informed throughout. Most importantly, we’re extremely happy with the finished work and the way the whole project was managed. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Joe and the Design Build Manage team for any building project, big or small.
