Our house has an extension at the back, built by previous owners as a Laundry Room. It was very badly constructed, draughty, rain came through the roof, the doors didn’t fit properly, and it had never been completely finished. We’d had several repairs done but decided in the end that the best thing would be to have it virtually demolished and rebuilt. Colin was one of the first to respond and came the next day to quote. I was happy with his suggestions for the replacement walls, doors, windows and roof, and the cost was in the region that I had anticipated. Work began a couple of weeks later. Simon and Jad worked particularly hard on the walls, windows, doors and ceiling joists; Mark did a good job on the EPDM roof covering, and Sam plastered the walls expertly, while Duncan did all the finishing touches, such as trims. There were a few delays and occasionally unexpected problems arose, but Colin was quickly able to say how they could be solved. The result is that we now have a much smarter Laundry Room…and we assume it is watertight!

Just starting out on my own doing Landscaping ground works and brickwork. Been working on site for around 30 years. I Worked my way up from being labourer to managing sites.Hard working and reasonable. No job too small from 1 step to full garden refurbishment.Also can do repointing, brickwork, fencing and roof repairs Happy to come to site and give no obligation free of charge quote and ideas.

Frazer completed our loft conversation for us and we cannot recommend him highly enough. Nothing was ever too much trouble and his skill-base in what he does is very impressive. The work he carried out for us in the end ranged from a loft conversion with en-suite to the removal of two walls on ground and first floor and even re-laying solid oak flooring throughout our ground floor for us too. Not only did he do the work above but he helped us achieve our dream space by being so amenable to our requests to make adjustments as we went along, even creating a bespoke crafted skirting board so that we could have our picture window at the height we wanted. In addition he designed and created beautiful fitted wardrobes into our eaves space and wooden windowsills through-out using wood we had sourced and wanted to use. Throughout the work he was always professional, considerate and communicated continually with us around what we were wanting. He stayed with us the entire time, focused on getting our job completed rather than jumping onto other jobs and he worked so hard every day, always available throughout the work taking place if we needed to check anything. What we appreciated the most from Frazer was how regularly he communicated with us about what was coming up so that we could make the decisions we wanted to make along the way, without feeling as though changes were being made outside of our preferences. The work being done was made to feel very easy from our side where Frazer is so experienced and self-directed, arriving promptly every morning and working hard all day whilst always being open to talking anything through whenever we wanted which was so reassuring for us. Frazer is professional and warm as an individual and we were really grateful for how he communicated and liaised so politely and considerately with our neighbours throughout the work. He is always happy to be guided by his customer which we found a huge benefit as we often had our own ideas of what we wanted but when we encountered problems we found him to be very creative and he often found solutions to problems that we hadn’t thought of. He suggested using the dead space we had in our en-suite to create a tiled recessed space for our toiletries and also suggested adapting another dead space in the bedroom by making a hidden shelving space which has been invaluable to us as we work from home. Frazer’s work ethic is instantly evident and by working as hard as he did every day it meant that he finished the job ahead of schedule which we were so grateful for. We are utterly delighted with the work he has done for us and we have requested him back since to do some additional smaller jobs. As someone who is extremely reliable and skilled, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing work done.

Having used several so called "brickys" in the past that wanted silly money for a day's work, I stumbled across Paul!! Well, I know a lot of people in the building trade and I can honestly say he is the ONLY one who has my work ethic, he turned up half hour early and worked out the best way to attack the job. This was a big ,complicated extension with limited space and Paul, tell, Dan and si the apparent "labourer" who must have ants in his pants as he does not stop! worked non stop until the job was done. Si cleaned up so much, it looked better than before that came!! Found a gem team. Cheers guys
