Mark Austin was engaged to remove and replace an old parkhome porch. Although not the cheapest quote, he did provide an honest and realistic appraisal of the job and accounted for customer preferences within his design. An amiable and industrious character, Mark always turned up on time at the times agreed and worked with busy intent while on site and always tidied up after the days work. What he left us with is a solid, sound structure that is clean and bright and easy to maintain. I would not hesitate to recommend Mark Austin Glazing and Building in the future.

Chris & Tom arrived early and worked continuously and took trouble to get the right coloured sand to match existing mortar. One or two niggely problems with the lintels which Chris had to travel some miles to obtain from different merchants were overcome without any moans to me (the customer) and without any downtime on their part. I`m very pleased with the job and to have got the job done. The work area was left clean and hopefully Chris will be available to build a brick wall in front of my bungalow when I`m looking to get this done. Excellent and recommended.

Overall hard work to get a decent job done if you question there progress your told it’s your fault.the extension we had done should have taken 6-7 weeks but after 12 weeks we were forced to give them a date to finish job or leave the site. The actual shell went up nice and quickly with no problem. ,it was getting the other trades done was the problem the interior ,roof ,windows etc ,they don’t have those tradesman at hand. Also after the shell was done ,we were getting told someone would be on site at a certain time to later receive text messages to cancel it. Overall we were averaging one and a half days work done in a week. Would I use again? If it was a brick I’d job then yes more than that. NO
