Matthew did some repointing on my side wall and chimney. They had deteriorated quite badly so it wasn't an easy job but he worked very hard throughout the process and was always a pleasure to deal with. He is a lovely chap, I would say his customer service skills are exceptional: his communication from the outset was excellent and he was always responsive and polite. We would highly recommend Dan for his very competitive quote for repointing the whole of the one side of your house, early start , left the whole area at our next door neighbour where he carried out the work very tidy despite the huge amount of dust , Dan kept us informed of his daily plan and finished the job in 2 1/2 days . It's a big job re-pointing a house, especially during a damp spring but Kevin and his crew were adaptable and flexible and hard working. Wow! Dimitrios came out to see our little re-pointing job. What an All round nice guy! He arrived a little earlier, and on Sunday too! We took him down the garden to see our wood fired oven to see the chimney base that needed re-pointing. He added a strengthening feature that we did not ask for that will give added strength to our chimney base. Dimitrios set to work straight away and was finished within the hour. We are really pleased as we are having a shelter put round the wood fired oven which means we can get cooking again as soon as the cement dries and the shelter is up. Thank You Very Much Dimitrios!
