Rob and his team completely renovated both the exterior and interior of my property, including stripping and replacing the roof, rendering and painting the exterior, refitting a new kitchen, refurbishing the bathroom and general decoration throughout. Rob was an excellent Project manager, frequently keeping me updated due to my work commitments elsewhere. His team were great at liaising with neighbours and keeping the site tidy - especially helpful in a small culdesac! Due to his team’s great workmanship, we’ve since used his expertise to improve our garden. I highly recommended and would definitely use his services again without reservation.

What an amazing couple of guys, Sean and Graham. Along with their team, they remained professional, polite and extremely friendly. They listen to the customer and their ideas and will make suggestions which you can agree or disagree. All the trades involved in this build were highly skilled professionals with high standards of workmanship. They have just completed a timber frame extension with windows and skylight; completed within time frame, relaying the patio to the exterior. At all times they kept the site neat and tidy, removing rubbish at the end of the day. I would definitely recommend MK Developments for any work in the future. Thank you so much Sean and Graham.
