Some of our top rated architectural designers in Dartmouth
- Ward DesignArchitectural Designer in Dartmouth
Rating: 5 out of 5 552 reviewsGet in touchWe wanted to extend our kitchen into a kitchen diner with an extension to the rear of our house. Mark drew the plans and provided some excellent planning services. The plans were passed first time with no problems. Even the building inspector (who is notoriously fussy) could not find fault. The building work was carried out another builder who consulted Mark on technical issues. Mark's expertise was apparent as the builder was more than happy to comply with Mark's advice even thought it meant more work for him. The build was completed on time and in budget. The pricing structure for the plans was very clear and we were very happy with the results. Mark is friendly, approachable and really listens to make sure that he knows what the client wants. We got exactly what we asked for. He has a broad knowledge of planning issues and construction problems and so can give advice easily, professionally and, most importantly, with great clarity. We were delighted with the service we received and would be happy to recommend him to anyone.Latest review: - Get in touchSuper professional and very friendly. Faultless. Get in touchGreat first meeting. Listened to all my ideas for my extension and just seemed positive and exciting as I was about the job. The price was very great for the amount of work that needs to be done. Due to c-19 the job is on hold but will definitely get the ball rolling again as soon as it is all overLatest review: - Lebrasse PartnershipArchitectural Designer in Dartmouth

Get in touchSimon was excellent in understanding my needs and requirements to gain access to my garden via a decking solution as a full time wheel chair user. Allowing me my own input as a Disability Consultant with my own knowledge of specifications and recommendations regarding Part M building regulations and BS8300. This meant we worked as a team and I felt that definitely helped to strengthen our case However it took 3 attempts and changes of plans and layout to get a positive outcome and full planning permission from our local planners. Simon was diligent and determined we would win through and his concise drawings and conscientious approach in assigning time both at home and on site to discuss and support my case and application meant all went well eventually. He is very knowledgeable regarding local and national planning anomalies and I would both use him again personally and recommend him to others.Latest review:Architecture- - Get in touchGrown Home LimitedArchitectural Designer in Dartmouth

I graduated in Bristol with a degree in Architecture and planning in 2017 and I've been working in practice ever since. I worked for Stags for many years as a Design and planning assistant where I'd take on whole projects from concept to planning approval. Doing the survey, design proposal, drawings, realistic imagery and videos and planning documents/applications. The projects ranged from new builds to barn conversions to extensions to lodges. I'm an experienced designer and have taken the leap the work freelance, having more control over the projects I want to take on and managing my own time.
