This was a whole house refurbishment involving a garage conversion to an office and a utility room and a doorway through to the main room. The whole of the downstairs was opened up removing walls and replacing with steel girders. This required further footings to be installed and vertical and cross beams to support the structure. Also removed a door and windows to install bi-folding doors. All then plastered and made good. Cavell employs a team of very friendly, happy and accommodating tradesmen and his overall aim is to make sure the customer is happy with the end result. He was also very accommodating and helpful when problems arose. I have since employed Cavell to do a whole refurbishment of a rental flat and several other minor works and repairs. We are now embarking on another whole house refurbishment which will involve a two storey extension and walls to be removed and steels installed. I would have no hesitation in recommending Orange Tree Construction.

We had our property completely modernised including rewiring new bathroom and kitchen. Gary worked with us throughout the project. With over 30years experience his knowledge was much appreciated especially in planning stage actually saving money on our original plan. While boarding loft we found roof batons required renewing this was done by Gary to very high standard. Due to age of property we also had three ceilings replaced our property now is better than we hoped for. This was all completed with friendly helpful professional workers in minimal time. If you looking for honest hard working professional builder for whatever your building needs I would recommend ringing Gary at LR Constuction.

Petre and his colleague arrived promptly and worked very fast and efficiently. They fitted a new plasterboard ceiling and plastered the whole kitchen in one day. They were polite and tidy. Their work is to a very high standard and I will definitely be using them again.
